This dealership really takes the time to do things right. The multipoint inspection during a basic oil change is very thorough. Brain is very professional and down to earth. I most likely won't purchase another GMC truck ever again because the quality is not what it used to be, but I did not buy the truck from this dealership. It was purchased new from Collinsville. As for service and maintenance, this should be everyone's go to place.
Service was able to get me a last minute appointment. They are always very friendly and courteous & explain what they did & what needs to be done. A+ !!!!!

Brought my vehicle in to program my stereo to my VIN. Prior to my appointment, I was told that it may not work. So I was prepared for the stereo not to work. Because of this, when I was told that the stereo will not program, I was not surprised. They did everything they could even took me to my vehicle to ask for permission to try a few other things. Thank You for that.

The service manager Brian was extremely accommodating and got me in right away. The waiting room was very comfortable and coffee and TV was available to help me pass the time as I was going to wait on the service being done.
